The previous website was extremely dated and even utilised flash elements which no longer worked on a number of devices. Customer perception was at an all time low with most believing Cashfirst was too ‘clinical’ and not personal enough.
Rysen worked with the Cashfirst team to provide a much needed refresh of the website and additional digital assets including email marketing, landing pages and eBooks.
Following the launch of the new website and digital assets, Cashfirst customer approval ratings jumped significantly and it was seen as more sophisticated, reliable, fun, empathetic and customer focused.
